Items purchased from Sundance Flying Club
Sundance may be delivered in one of a number of ways.
Please contact us before returning any product sold by Sundance Flying Club.
We will replace items that are defective or damaged when shipped or manufactured. We do not claim any responsibility for defect or damage caused during shipping or handling. If the item is damaged in shipping, contact Sundance immediately as well as the common carrier used to ship the item to discuss replacement of the item. Many of the items offered for sale have expiration dates, such as aeronautical charts. We will not replace items that are expired or are within 28 days of expiration. For all other items we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. In the event of a return without defect, the purchase price of your product will be refunded, less shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived visibly damaged, please refuse the shipment, then contact us within 24 hours at (650)494-7768 and the shipper's customer service within 5 days of receipt to report the damage.
Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. Please call Sundance customer service to report the damage and schedule a reshipment.
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty.
While we sell products on our site, Sundance EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED OR EXPRESS INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL PRODUCSTS ARE SOLD
OUR RETURN PROCEDURES:

- You will be given a return authorization (RA) number.
- Attach RA# to package.

- Credit is given when the product is received, inspected, and processed.
The RA# will expire 30 days from issue, so please send package immediately upon issue.
There are no returns without prior authorization. If the product you receive isn't what you'd hoped for, you may return it (subject to approval) for a refund or store credit within 30 days, in new condition with any enclosed CDs, diskettes, or software unopened. When you contact Sundance, reference the purchase date, and invoice/packing slip number for our records. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for all items returned that are not damaged or defective regardless of the reason for return. The restocking fee is 25% of the original purchase price of the item less applicable sales tax. Upon authorization, that fee may be reduced or waived.
Refunds will be issued in the manner payment was made to Sundance. Credit card payment refunds will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address of the purchaser.
Sundance is located in Santa Clara County, California. All purchases made by California State residents will be charged 9.25% sales tax. This tax is subject to change and will be modified consistent with the laws of Santa Clara County, California. Purchases made by customers residing out of California will not be charged sales tax but it will be the duty of the customer to declare such purchases on their individual tax returns and pay the applicable sales tax for the jurisdiction in which they reside.
