BE76 Beech Duchess N25B

N25B is an extremely well appointed, low time BE76 Duchess. It is pictured here at the Palo Alto (KPAO) terminal. N25B is both an ideal multi-engine trainer and an excellent cross-country airplane.

Equipment:	Nav/Comm 1 - GNS430 Nav/Comm 2 - KX155 DME - KN64 STEC 60-2 Autopilot, roll steering HSI
Tie Down:	M18
Pilot Requirement:	Training - Private Pilot with Complex endorsement, or better. Rental - Multi-engine, 350 Total hours, 50 retractable, plus either 25 hours make and model and at least a 1 hour checkout with a Sundance instructor, or 5 - 10 hours dual to proficiency with a Sundance approved instructor.
Currency:	3 Hours flight in last 90 days. 3 takeoff and landings in BE76 or BE95 in last 90 days.
