Retired US Navy fighter pilot, 172 carrier landings in F9F Panther jet fighters on "straight deck carriers (vintage 1950 to 1953), Navy flight instructor, civilian flight instructing since 1970. Have flown as PIC every year continously for 60 years. Have over 11,000 hours (3700 military, 7,300 civilian (mostly instructing)) and I'm still alive. I am an example of the addage - "there are bold pilots and there are old pilots, but there are no old bold pilots". Students can expect a disciplined, aggressive but with finesse flight instructing experience.
